Mike got in contact with me and made the time to learn about my exact needs and set a price that works for me. He also accepted a very detailed list of tasks that I required to be done and accepted pictures for reference.As a first-time customer, I made sure to be very specific in what I needed to be cleaned, and Mike and his team were patient throughout the whole process. I had to reschedule 2-3x, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Their communication is also impeccable. We received an email confirmation the day we were booked with details of our appointment. When the team arrived at our property, they sent a video of the place before cleaning, and once we confirmed receipt of the video, they got to cleaning. A few hours later, I received pictures of the place for me to review. The communication was so great -- I was able to provide real-time feedback and they accommodated every request.
